Ayinger Bavarian Dark Lager

Ayinger’s Old Bavarian Dark beer is characterized by a deep mahogany color with a golden-brown shimmer that comes exclusively from the malt. It is brewed using the traditional two-mash process and is made from five different malts, including two dark special malts that are kilned according to the old Bavarian tradition.

This Ayinger beer has warm, nutty aromas and is full-bodied and smooth to drink. The long finish delivers light notes of cocoa beans and coffee, resulting in a beer with a wonderful balance in taste.
