Lavender French 75

Two purple cocktails with sprigs of lavender

Celebrate Leap Day by making this twist on a classic cocktail!

 

Ingredients:

1 oz gin (we recommend Glendalough)

½ oz fresh lemon juice

½ oz lavender simple syrup

4 oz of chilled Brut Champagne or sparkling wine

 

In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, and lavender simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice, shake, and then strain into a glass. Top with champagne and enjoy!
