Barossa Valley

The Struie name has its origins in a mountain situated amidst the rugged highlands of northeastern Scotland, providing a commanding view over Torbreck forest near Inverness. Much like the inspiring vista of the Valley floor seen from the Barossa Ranges, gazing down from the Struie offers a similarly breathtaking experience across the Dornoch Firth.

When it comes to the taste, this wine is characterized by its plush, dense, and textural profile, culminating in a long and satisfying finish. The tannins, while soft, exhibit a concentration that enables them to effectively uphold the wine's robust structure and fruit weight for numerous years to come.

As for its aromatic qualities, the wine boasts lifted notes of blackberry, blueberry, milk chocolate, mineral, and graphite on the nose.
